    祁毅 副教授

        南京大学地理与海洋科学学院人文地理学博士,英国兰卡斯特大学访问学者,南京大学数字城市规划工程技术研究中心副主任。

        主要从事地理空间建模、城市规划信息管理技术、空间大数据分析模型技术方面研究和规划与地理、环境领域跨学科研究 。

        主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,参与十余项;作为骨干参与国家水专项4项,省级科研课题3项;参与各类规划、研究项目数十项。发表专著3部,论文四十余篇;获有授权专利1项,软件著作权十多项。带领南京大学团队参与项目获得画家建设科学奖二等奖,江苏省计算机软件技术奖一等奖,钱学森城市学金奖优秀奖,南京经普项目优秀报告奖等多个奖项。指导学生在学科竞赛中多次获全国一等奖、二等奖等多个奖项。


        Ph.D. in Human Geography,   School of Geography and Ocean Science,   Nanjing University, Visiting Scholar, Lancaster University, UK, Deputy   Director of Engineering Research Center for Digital Urban Planning, Nanjing   University.

        He is mainly engaged in   geospatial modeling, urban planning information management technology, spatial   data sciences and interdisciplinary research in the fields of urban planning,   geography and environment sciences.

        He has presided over a project   of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and participated   in more than 10 projects; he has participated in 4 national water projects   and three provincial research projects as the backbone; he has participated   in dozens of planning and research projects. He has published 3 monographs   and more than 40 papers; he has been granted 2 patents of invention, and over   10 software copyright authorizations. He led the taskforce of Nanjing   University to participate in projects that won the second prize of Huaxia   Construction Science Award, the first prize of Jiangsu Province Computer   Software Technology Award, the excellent prize of Qian Xuesen Golden Prize of   Urbanism, the excellent report prize of Nanjing Economic Census Project and   many other awards. Guided students to win many awards in discipline   competitions such as the first and second national prizes.
