简介 Brief Introduction
南京大学城市规划本科、硕士，香港中文大学地理与资源管理学博士，现为南京大学开元体育app 副教授。研究兴趣旨在以城乡关系角度、从基层出发来关注中国的城镇化和城乡规划问题，研究话题涉及县域发展、乡村转型、土地住房等方面，研究区域主要集中在长三角地区。研究方法上，擅长运用综合的社会科学方法来进行城市与区域研究，注重跨学科的对话融合。研究风格强调运用第一手的田野数据去刻画理解处于深刻变化中的中国城乡空间与社会的变迁，同时注重国际化视角和历史维度去比较剖析中国问题，以期对规划实践形成理念与方法的实质性支撑。具体而言，研究工作主要探索三个方面的主题：
•区域发展与县域城镇化
•乡村规划与城乡关系
•土地住房制度与社区治理
Mingrui Shen got his Ph.D. of Geography in 2016 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, after that, he joined the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Nanjing University. His research interests focus on the urbanization of China from a perspective of urban-rural relationship. In particular, the works explore three themes:
•Domestic migration and county-level urbanization in China
•Urban-rural coordinated development
•Land-housing system and community governance
His publications can be found in both English and Chinese journals, such as Urban Studies, Land Use Policy, Journal of Rural Studies, China City Planning Review, etc. Mingrui has recently published a book, Rural Revitalization through State-led Programs: Planning, Governance and Challenge (Springer, 2020).
