朱天可 副研究员

Dr. ZHU Tianke

Research Associate Professor

博士毕业于英国伦敦大学学院,巴特雷特规划学院。硕⼠毕业于英国伦敦大学学院, 巴特雷特建筑学院，本科毕业于英国诺丁汉大学建筑与环境学院。现为南京大学开元体育app 副研究员。

研究关注中国郊区化、城市治理、社区治理、绅士化、住房发展等。曾入选2020江苏省“双创博士”人才计划； 入选2020南京市高层次人才科技贡献。主持2021国家自然科学基金青年基金项目。发表ssci/cssci中英文研究论文、英文专著10余篇，主持规划研究项目8余项。

现任江苏省法学会房地产法学研究会常务理事。

Dr. Tianke Zhu is a Research Associate Professor in the School of Architecture and urban planning at Nanjing University. His research focuses on Suburbanization, Urban governance, Neighborhood Governance, New Town Development, and Gentrification. In 2020, he was selected into the "Doctor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation" Talent Program of Jiangsu Province. In 2021. He chaired the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund Project (Project: A study on the Morphology and Structure of Suburban Residential in Metropolis, 52008200). He is the executive director of Real Estate Law Research Institute of Jiangsu Province Law Society. He is the Associate Research Fellow in Center for Housing Policy and Real Estate Law in Nanjing University. Since he joined Nanjing Univeristy, Dr. Zhu has published many SCI/SSCI/CSSCI research papers in English and Chinese, and one English monograph. He hosted over the compilation and participated in more than 8 urban planning research projects.
